WINEMAKER DINNER, Wednesday, 8/11/2010

Meet the winemaker and owners at Prudence Uncorked in Salem, Oregon.
We promise loads of fun and a few surprises. And we guarantee the wine and dinner flights.
Five Sass wines, including 2008 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir and 2009 Rose of Syrah/Mourvedre, will match with a fabulous 5-course dinner from Chef Jesse Tomaino. The folks at Prudence Uncorked promise "five 'oh-my-happy-mouth' courses (like puff pastry and caramelized onion tarts, Dover sole fillet stuffed with crabmeat, and Arugula and pancetta salad)".
